Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers to help you feel confident before getting started.
1. What types of behavior issues do you help with?
We provide support for a wide range of feline behavior concerns, including litter box challenges, multi-cat tension, anxiety-related behaviors, scratching issues, stress responses, new pet introductions, and more.
2. Do you offer in-home visits?
No. All services are delivered remotely to ensure your cat remains comfortable in their natural environment where behavior is most accurately observed.
3. How do I know which plan is right for me?
We begin with a free 15-minute consultation to understand your concerns and recommend the most appropriate level of support.
4. Is the free consultation a full behavior session?
The free consultation is a brief introductory call designed to assess your needs and determine the best next steps. It does not replace a structured support session.
5. What happens after I select a plan?
Once your plan is confirmed, we schedule your session(s) and begin working through a structured approach tailored to your home and your cat’s behavior.
6. Do you work with clients outside of Tennessee?
Yes. Services are available remotely nationwide.
7. What if my cat has an underlying medical condition?
If medical factors are involved, we may request documentation from your veterinarian to ensure recommendations are aligned with your cat’s overall care.
8. Can I submit video footage of my cat’s behavior?
Yes. Client-submitted video review is available as an optional add-on service and may be recommended when helpful.
9. How long does it take to see results?
Every cat and situation is different. Some concerns improve quickly with small adjustments, while others require steady, consistent support over time.
10. Is ongoing support available?
Yes. For more complex or long-term needs, our Lion Plan provides continued coaching and structured follow-through.
