Cancellation Policy
Client Service Policy Just Kitten LLC provides structured, remote cat behavior coaching and support. By purchasing any paid plan (Prowler, Lynx, or Lion), you agree to the following terms: Scheduling & Sessions All services are delivered remotely by phone or video. Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Availability is limited and based on scheduling openings. Payment Payment is required in full prior to the first scheduled session. Plans include the number of sessions outlined at the time of purchase. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be considered used and non-refundable. No-Shows If a client does not attend a scheduled session within 10 minutes of the start time, the session may be marked complete. Plan Duration All sessions within a plan must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise specified. Unused sessions beyond that period may expire. Communication Boundaries Support is provided during scheduled sessions. Plans that include follow-up messaging will outline those limits clearly. Unlimited or on-demand access is not included unless specifically stated in your selected plan. Add-On Services Optional services such as video review are available at an additional cost. Add-ons do not replace structured sessions. Results & Responsibility Every cat and household is different. While we provide experienced, structured guidance, results depend on consistency, environment, and follow-through. Just Kitten does not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes. Veterinary Care Just Kitten provides behavior guidance only. We do not diagnose medical conditions. If medical concerns are present, clients should consult a licensed veterinarian. Refund Policy Due to the nature of professional time-based services, completed sessions are non-refundable. If a plan is partially used, refunds (if granted) will reflect services already rendered.
